The video clip has taken 18/6/2009,
A stray cat was found a few days before, near the garbage room of a village.
It was likely to be an animal abuse incident.
The lower limbs were twisted straight and became paralyzed.
He was taken to a veterinary clinic. Medication was prescribed.
Now he is in stable condition, but he is still paralyzed.
He is currently under care of a private-owned stray animal foster.
We worried that his lower limbs will remain paralysed for the rest of his life.
He needs your help. Please help to stop this incident from happening again.
